Conferences & Events

Antara Consulting is able to provide assistance with conference, seminar and event organisation.  This includes sourcing and booking venues, promoting and advertising your event, handling enquiries and bookings, through to support on the day and the production of a post-conference report if required.

Inverness Council for Single Homeless "2012 - Are We Half Way There Yet?" (Nov 2005).  Organisation and administration of two day conference on homelessness, and production of Conference Report.

Albyn Housing Society Ltd, "Community Lettings Initiatives" (June 2006).  Organisation and administration of a one day conference on community lettings initiatives, and production of Conference Report.

NHS Highland and The Highland Council "Delivering For Mental Health - Highland Conference" (March 2007).  Organisation and administration of a one day seminar on the Highland implementation of the Mental Health Delivery Plan, and production of Conference Report.  Facilitation of two workshops at the seminar.

Homeless Action Inverness (formerly ICSH) Annual Conference (June 2007).  Organisation and administration of a one day conference on homelessness in the Highlands.

Calman Trust - 'Monsterness' (Oct 2007).  Provision of logistical planning and organisation for a three day event involving young people and an international team in the construction of a 60 metre balloon sculpture of the Loch Ness Monster!

Homeless Action Inverness Annual Conference (Nov 2008). Organisation and administration of a one day conference on homelessness in the Highlands, and production of a conference report.

Speakout Highland (Nov 2008). Organisation of a workshop bringing together people with experience of homelessness to gather their views on service delivery, and production of report.  Organisation of the production of a short film involving people with experience of homelessness.
